We cannot thank Aileen enough for all that she did for us guiding us through dad’s funeral. All done with such warmth and understanding with a natural ease bringing out the perfect stories from us (dads children) when creating the most wonderful and fitting tribute to a very special man.

She has a wonderfully calming presence that immediately puts you at ease, and she has a way of making you feel completely present in the moment, even when the emotions are running high. She is thoughtful, grounded, compassionate and has such a genuine gift for connecting with people.

Looking back, our ceremony was one of our favourite parts of the entire day, and that is because of her. She made us feel so special, so loved, and so understood. We will always be grateful for the care, heart and joy she brought to one of the most important moments of our lives.

From the minute Aileen met my family she connected with us so easily. She made everything feel more manageable at a sad time and steered us through the planning and organising of my Dad’s funeral.
